FAQ

What do you require to book an order?

Payment is required to secure your rentals and your selected date. We ask for the full balance of your rentals at the time of reservation. â€‹

Invoices will expire after 14 days. Our rentals are on a first come basis and payment is needed to secure your rentals. 

​

We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, Cash App, and bank transfers. Checks are not accepted. 

How far in advance should I reserve my rental equipment?

It's a good idea to reserve your rental equipment 3-6 months before your event. We can accept reservations up to 12 months in advance. We'll try our best accommodate any last minute reservations based on availability but all rentals are on a first come basis. 

What is your cancelation policy?

Items canceled before 10 days of event will not charged. Cancellations within 10 days will lose their deposit.

Dates can be rescheduled at no additional charge, depending on availability. 

​

No refunds once you have possession of rentals. 

When do I pay for my rental equipment?

Payment is required at the time a reservation is made. Your rentals and selected date is not guaranteed until payment has been made. 

Can I adjust my reservation?

You can adjust your reservation date and rental equipment as needed. Reductions in quantities of 20% or more will be charged 50% if changed within 10 days of event. Any changes made before 10 days of event will have no penalty. 

Do you deliver?

Yes we do deliver.

Delivery and pickup area needs to be easily accessible for truck access or near by. 

Is there a delivery fee?

There is a $150 minimum delivery fee.

 

We charge $4 per mile, roundtrip. This includes delivery and pickup. There may be an additional $50-100 charge for large deliveries that require multiple employees. 

​

Instead of a flat rate fee, we charge per mile. This is the most cost effective way for the majority of our customers.

​

To avoid delivery fees you can do self-pickup and return your equipment to our warehouse in Tacoma. Self-pickups and returns must have a scheduled appointment. Certain items are not allowed for self-pickup and must be delivered.

Same day delivery & pickups will be an additional $100 but can be more depending on location. After hour deliveries and pickups are an additional charge as well. 

When do I get my equipment?

Depending on equipment availability, we try to deliver your equipment 1-2 days before your event. 

​

Most events occur on the weekend so we try to delivery on Thursday or Friday and will pickup the equipment on Sunday or Monday. If equipment is needed for another party, then we will prearrange an early pickup. 

​

If your at a venue that can't keep equipment overnight, let us know so we can schedule accordingly. 

Can I pick up my equipment?

Yes, you can pickup equipment at our Warehouse in Tacoma. An appointment must be made for pickups and returns. 

​

If you pickup your equipment, you must return within 24 hours after your event. Late charges will be charged 50% of normal rental rate per day. Late returns may be available if equipment is not needed for another party. This must be scheduled in advance. Certain items are not allowed for self-pickup and must be delivered.

Do I need to clean my rental equipment before returning?

With the exception of linens, all equipment should be returned in pre-rented condition.

Linens should be shaken to make sure all food debris is off. 

What happens if something is broke or missing?

We do charge for missing or broken equipment. You are responsible for returning equipment in the same condition they were received, except normal wear and tear.

 

Your credit card on file will be charged for lost or damaged equipment at retail value. Please return missing equipment within 7 days for a full refund. 

Do you setup rentals?

Setup of tables and chairs can be arranged for an additional charge. We charge $4.00 per table and $1.25 per chair. This includes set up and tear-down. These arrangements must be made prior to delivery.

Stairs and elevators are not included in delivery. Delivery may be arranged at an additional charge and must be scheduled in advance. We need to make sure we schedule enough time for difficult deliveries to ensure the next delivery is made on time. Please let us know in advance if there are going to be any delivery complications. 

How long do I get my rentals for?

Most rentals are delivered a day before your event and picked up the day after your event. This prevents any hiccups and allows you plenty of time to set up.

If we need to deliver or pickup early, then this will be scheduled in advance.

​

If your venue needs equipment removed the night of, please let us know in advance and that can be arranged.

​

After hour deliveries and pickups are an additional charge. 

How many guests can fit per table?
  • 8 ft Banquet Tables - Seats 8-10 guests. 4 on each side and 2 on the ends

  • 60" Round Tables - Seats 8 guests

What size linens should I get?

8 ft Banquet Tables

  • 90" x 156" - To the floor

  • 60" x 126"- 15" Drop

60" Round Tables

  • 120" - To the floor

  • 108" - 24" Drop

  • 90" - 15" Drop

 

Currently we only carry to the floor. We think this option looks the best. 

Will there be a photo booth attendant present?

Yes, there will be an full-time attendant. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your scheduled time to setup the photo booth, printer, props, and backdrop. 

What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth setup?

Our photo booth requires a minimum 10' x 10' area and a minimum 8 ft ceiling for the backdrop.

A power outlet (3 prong) must be available within 25 feet and the ground must be level. 

​

If it's an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from the direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours, a shelter will be required. Please contact us for any concerns.

What size are the photo prints?

Our photo booth is capable of high quality photos and prints out in 4 x 6 photos or 2 x 6 strips.

What is a personalized print design?

We have many beautiful print design templates to choose from. You can personalize our current selection with any text or color theme you would like, just make sure to let us know in advance.
